Proud today of its 300 members , the section was born on rue Lacépède. Nicolas COLBERT, its “founding father”, accompanied by Bernard CASERIS, Pierre-Michel BONNOT, François BOUSINAC, Bernard WEBER and Jean-Paul CHEVALIER, declared its existence in the prefecture on July 12, 1983 under the name ASSUP (Association for Parisian University Squash).
