2025-09-29
September 2025 — World Squash Day (WSD) is proud to announce a strategic partnership with FindingSquash, an international squash media and community platform. This collaboration marks an important step in expanding the reach of squash worldwide by providing clubs, coaches, and fans with greater opportunities to connect and engage.
Since its founding in 2002, World Squash Day has become the sport’s largest annual celebration, built around the message of Fun, Friends, and Fitness. Each year on the second Saturday of October, clubs around the world open their doors to new players. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025.
FindingSquash, a rapidly growing brand in global squash media and community-building, has been actively involved in international projects spanning events, education, and youth development. Through this strategic partnership, FS will collaborate closely with WSD in digital storytelling, media coverage, and community engagement, amplifying the social impact of squash worldwide.
Alan Thatcher, founder of World Squash Day, said:
“World Squash Day is more than a celebration—it’s a global movement. Partnering with FindingSquash allows us to spread the message of Fun, Friends, and Fitness even further.”
A spokesperson for FindingSquash added:
“It’s an honor to stand alongside World Squash Day. Through media and community initiatives, we hope to inspire more people to discover and enjoy squash.”
As World Squash Day 2025 approaches, WSD and FS will jointly launch a series of digital and on-court activities to celebrate the game and invite more people into the global squash community.
